My passion and honest interest in people has always played an huge role in my life. It defines my personal life as well as my business life and the path I followed in my career. As a manager in Learning and Development and Diversity & Inclusion I had the chance to gain profound experience in developing, coaching, consulting and mentoring people. With the experience being led by a manager focusing on strengths, I palpably realized the difference it made in my own development and self-awareness.
I made my certification as a Gallup-certified strength coach because I truly believe in a better quality of life (personally and professionally) when people know their talents, invest in them and develop them to strengths.

Meine Leidenschaft und mein ehrliches Interesse an Menschen haben in meinem Leben schon immer eine große Rolle gespielt. Sie bestimmen mein Privatleben ebenso wie mein Geschäftsleben und den Weg, den ich in meiner Karriere eingeschlagen habe. Als Managerin in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung sowie Diversity & Inclusion hatte ich die Möglichkeit, Erfahrung in Coaching, Beratung und Mentoring zu sammeln. Von Gallup-Coaches als Vorgesetzte geführt zu werden, zeigte mir, dass es einen spürbaren Unterschied für die eigene Entwicklung und Selbstwahrnehmung macht.
Ich habe meine Zertifizierung als Gallup Stärkencoach absolviert, weil ich daran glaube, dass Menschen eine bessere Lebensqualität (persönlich und beruflich) haben, wenn sie ihre Talente kennen, in sie investieren und sie zu Stärken entwickeln.
