I combine over 30 years of senior leadership experience, culminating at Operations Director level, with Gallup's CliftonStrengths methodology, leadership coaching and organisational development to help leaders build stronger teams, navigate change and create cultures where people thrive.
Before becoming a coach, I spent three decades leading operational teams through growth, transformation and commercial challenges across retail, hospitality and franchise businesses. Today, I bring that real-world experience into every coaching conversation, combining practical leadership insight with evidence-based coaching.
I've learned that the strongest organisations aren't built by asking everyone to lead the same way. They're built by helping leaders understand what they naturally do best, appreciate the strengths of others, and intentionally apply those strengths to how they lead, communicate and develop their teams.
