She runs a School of Business Trainers at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw (ALK) for 20 years. The course content which she curated herself is based on the principles of Positive Psychology and Gallup Strengths Based Approach. Renata introduced the subject: Self-Management at ALK for MBA students.Following her passion for what she is doing, 10 trainers were certified by the Gallup Institute as Strengths-Coaches.
