I’m grateful to be able to put 15+ years of experience with strengths to work by encouraging and supporting team development, managers, leaders, and individuals at Burns & McDonnell (a full-service engineering and construction firm). A regular part of any week includes facilitating group debrief sessions for teams to help build understanding and connection, leading to greater productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. The more I learn, the more I incorporate into team and individual strengths coaching sessions. I love talking with others about their strengths, how they use them, what areas they find challenging, and which strengths they might better leverage to lead a more fulfilled life at work, home, and the communities you serve.
