I have been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since August 2023, and have loved every moment. In my role at the University of Tennessee, I use this certification to guide others in their strengths both in group facilitations and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Now, I am extending my reach to those outside the university to help others reach their full potential both personally and professionally.
Outside of my role at UT, I am also a freelance writer and graduate student earning my MS in Journalism and Media. If you're looking for me outside of work, you can probably find me at the nearest concert venue or cooking up a new recipe at home!
