Katelyn Reabe Andree

Katelyn’s passion as a holistic leadership coach is to empower woman and underrepresented folks discover their authentic leadership style rooted in their innate talents and passions. After taking the Clifton StrengthsFinder and unlocking her career performance and wellbeing, she knew she wanted to help others to do the same.

Using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder as a guide, Katelyn works with individuals, groups, and teams to identify and use strengths to answer some of these tough questions. The good news is that according to Gallup research, people who do focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. They are more productive too, both individually and in teams. And they are more than three times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. With only approximately 30% of the U.S. workforce engaged in their work, it’s easy to see how hard it is to do it on our own. Katelyn would like to be your guide, coach, and accountability partner.  

Whether as a coach or workshop facilitator, Katelyn ensures that conversations are substantive and tailored to your goals and needs. Katelyn enjoys coaching individuals, teams, and managers, and is available for in-person work in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Katelyn previously worked as a digital leader at Ovative in Minneapolis, MN. She began her career at Target Corporation with various roles in inventory management, localization, buying, space optimization and site merchandising.  Having led global teams of over 40, she is very comfortable and experienced in cross-cultural workplaces.  

Katelyn earned her BA from Boston College.
