Dorota has also completed a new breakthrough studies in Brain-Based Coaching and obtained Results Trained Coach certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Dorota is also a certified Mental Fitness Coach. She has recently become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

She is a published author of book "Career Jump! How to Successfully Change Your Professional Path". She has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Poland, Mexico and Brazil.
