Your CliftonStrengths report gives you a language for understanding yourself. My work begins when we connect that language to real life: how you learn, make decisions, build relationships, respond under pressure, and choose a direction that genuinely fits.
I’m Gewen, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach based in BGC, Manila. Most of my work is one-to-one, with people who want to understand how their talents show up in the choices, relationships, work, and transitions that matter to them.
Together, we explore the recurring talent patterns behind your experiences. We look at what naturally gives you energy, how your talents create value, and where the same patterns may become overused, create blind spots, or become shaped by other people’s expectations. The aim is practical self-understanding that leads to clearer choices, more intentional use of your talents, and a way of growing that feels sustainable and genuinely your own.
I offer CliftonStrengths debriefs and ongoing strengths development coaching, both in person in BGC and online. Most sessions are one-to-one, and I’m also open to workshops when the context is a good fit. Sessions are available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or a natural mix of these languages.
