Gopi has acquired an extensive experience in the Talent Acquisition arena by servicing Fortune 100 MNC’s across Banking & Financial Services, IT Services, Telecommunications, Service Providers, System Integrators, Information and Communications technology (ICT) and Product & Engineering industries in the Asia Pacific markets such as India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Gopi’s professional journey started two decades ago as a Recruiter and today, he is delivering in a Associate Director capacity leading a diverse & remote team based in Asia, Philippines, Japan and Australia servicing Verizon Business Group, Global Network & Technology, Verizon Consumer Group, Verizon Global Services, and Verizon Corporate Group across 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region (excl. India).

Alongside of his current core responsibilities i.e. Leadership – People/Team Management, Performance Management, Mentoring/Coaching/Training, Stakeholder Management (up-to Director Level), he has performed & delivered over Talent Acquisition Operational responsibilities which include Project/Program Management, Third-Party Vendor Management, and Social/Employer Branding Practices. As a part of his career journey, he also had the privilege to acquire knowledge & experience across various other Human Resources functions such as Onboarding & Engagement, Rewards & Benefits, Change Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
