＜経歴＞

留学関連会社（留学カウンセラー、セミナー講師）、グローバルキャリアコンサルタント・セミナー講師・法人営業（日本人を含む多国籍候補者の転職サポート・海外に進出している日系企業・多国籍企業の採用支援）、外資系IT企業にて、人事採用担当として従事してまいりました。

現在は、キャリアコンサルタント・ギャラップ認定ストレングスコーチとして活動中。

Mika has more than a decade of organizational experience and has made significant contributions in the area of people-development. 

She has been involved in the hiring and coaching of many professionals across many geographical regions. She has played leading roles in the areas of global career consultant and also as an in-house Human Resources Professional.

Her personality traits include Positive, Maximizer, Strategic, Connectedness, and Ideation with supporting characteristics of Individualization, Input, Arranger, Adaptability and Learner. These traits helped her clients to find their hidden talents to create positive and effective results. She is very curious, focused, driven and a dynamic individual keen on delivering the CliftonStrengths message in a personalized way to her clients. 

She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Mika is CCE-Certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and Career Consultant, National Qualification(Japan).
