In addition to his experience as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Alexandre graduated and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV. He has also training in financial coaching for life and business. Alexandre is naturally oriented towards excellence; therefore, he uses his passion to learn to obtain the knowledge he needs to understand the challenges of his clients, to connect to their situation and to analyze scenarios and design potential ways to direct clients, in a very creative and strategic way so they obtain the best possible returns on their coaching investment.
