Michelangelo said, "Every block of stone has a statue inside it, and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it." Similarly, as a CliftonStrengths coach, I am passionate about helping people gain the tools to find the answers that lie within themselves.

My greatest strength is my ability to draw people in and build trust quickly. I ask questions to understand what clients are seeking, and I design experiences that align with their unique goals and their specific people. I am able to catalyze the energy in a room and bring people on a journey that is engaging and action-oriented. As a result, clients leave my online and in-person sessions understanding ways they can optimize their positive qualities (Strengths) versus focusing on areas they need to fix. They leave feeling more connected to themselves and to each other.

I have worked with people in a variety of sectors, including corporate, nonprofits, healthcare, public health, universities, and government. I work with people in a variety of ways:

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TRAININGS: I have worked with over 5,000 professionals as a facilitator of Strengths-based and skills-focused workshops in this area.

TEAMS: I have facilitated over 200 Strengths-based workshops for groups that help people build trust and communicate more effectively.

INDIVIDUALS: I have worked with over 1,000 individual Strengths-focused coaching clients. My main way of working with individuals is through my Compass Within Career Transition coaching program, where I help people find new careers that are meaningful and rewarding.

UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: I have worked with over 2,000 graduate students through my Strengths-Based Interviewing and Networking workshops and coaching sessions. In my career-focused program, Compass Within U, I help students hear their own voices and make health career decisions.
