My passion is development and as a coach I both guide, support and challenge. Today I have my own company but I have a background as a Manager, HR Director and Senior Executive at AkzoNobel (500 Fortune Company). I have been part of many global, multicultural management teams and I am aware of the challenges, strategic issues that you might encounter in different management teams. I have also worked with Gallup's concept of engagement and know how to successfullly support managers, leadership teams in the process to create an "engagement culture" with the support of Strength Finder. I have also been the Manager for Training and Development and have 20 years of experience working with individual- , team- and organizational development. I facilitate online coaching using zoom or teams but I also like travelling and can offer sessions one-on-one and/or team workshops anywhere.
