I help people change their lives.
Sometimes people approach me because they want to build more productive teams. Sometimes people want to change or grow their careers. Sometimes people want to build their business. Sometimes people want to build stronger relationships. Here’s the thing though – you can Google any of those topics and find a plethora of information and articles on how to do any of these.
People are not lacking information on how to change their lives; they are lacking insight into how to do it themselves. They are lacking insight into how to get themselves to do what they already know they should do. A coach helps us bridge the gap between where we are now and where we want to be.
Coaching is not teaching and telling. Coaching is powerfully partnering with someone to bring about transformative change. It’s creating a safe space for people to courageously share things they wouldn’t share with anyone else. It’s sometimes being asked the hard questions that no one else will ask you. It’s being held accountable to take actions you said you wanted to take - in a way that helps you learn, grow, and move forward.
I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Through strengths coaching, I help clients identify natural talents, turn their talents into strengths, and focus their strengths on key activities.
Is coaching for you? It’s hard to say without experiencing coaching. If you’re serious about changing your life, let's talk.
I live in Yuma, AZ in the winter and near Wasilla, AK in the summer. I'm also available via phone and video calls.
