Starting my career in a woman's non-profit organization, I worked with various leadership teams across the country to improve teams, organizational leadership and management, and increase recruitment and retention of members.
My passion for strengths based leadership came from my own experience receiving coaching. I'm a community builder - and Strengths is a common language we can use to build positive community.
