Adeline is headed up the Global Leadership Assessment & Development function across Nestlé up until 2023, where she coached leaders and teams across all levels & managed the succession pipeline at the very top 300.
With her team, she designs & delivers interventions with leaders and teams to trigger deep personal insight and ignite sustainable growth, and is a strong partner to the business.
She is currently based in Hong Kong & Singapore, since mid 2023., heading up the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and L&D functions across APAC and Travel Retail Worldwide for Estee Lauder Companies.
While in consulting, she supported her clients in the areas of executive leadership coaching, team development, specializing in change management, talent interventions and Diversity & Inclusion. Her clientele included companies across Asia Pacific (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong) and UAE, within these industries: Telecommunications, Banking & Financial Services, FMCG, Oil & Gas, etc.
She has lived and worked in multiple countries and cultures, and is known for her authenticity. She celebrates diversity and enjoys leveraging the individual strengths of others, so that the team can be greater than the sum of its parts.
