She brings 26 years of experience in employee communications and HR within global manufacturing companies, where she worked closely with leaders, managers, and frontline teams. Today, she coaches individuals, couples, and teams, facilitates workshops on coaching and mentoring, positive leadership, and strengths-based development for modern workplaces and learning communities.
