I adore guiding people so that they can achieve their full potential and achieve all they dream to do. I am particularly focused to help individuals and teams to cope with VUCA environments, specially when disrupted by technologies.
About me:
I have always had a special interest in communication and in the exchange of knowledge and ideas between people. For that reason, first I focused my professional activities in developing telco & communication services (as a product manager, marketing manager, market research). Later I have been giving advisory services in innovation roadmaps, business model exploration, change management, talent development, platform design and ecosystem design by combining Gallup Strengths® with techniques such as Design Thinking, Visual Thinking, Lego ® Serious Play®, etc. which I also integrate them with agile oriented methodologies such as SCRUM, Lean Start Up or Lean Change.
My education in several areas (engineering, marketing, market research, team management, workshop facilitation, agile, etc.) and my experience in several industries and company sizes allow me to face people and team development with a wide and practical scope.
