Human Resources Leader with a passion leading high impact employee programs. I am an Agile practitioner, Leadership, Strengths and Team engagement coach. I am obsessed to drive a culture where everyone brings their best self to work everyday powered by a sense of belonging, well-being, inclusion and diversity.
I bring a vast experience in Management Consulting, HR consulting, HR program / project management and Talent Strategy where i focused mainly in providing exceptional employee experience. I have successfully in the past effectively manage stakeholders incl. leadership team to achieve business and Talent goals as aligned with their HR/ Business strategy. I embrace the agile ways of working as way to get things done while ensuring we have the voices of all stakeholders involved.
As a Gallup certified strengths coach and a team engagement coach, i value everyone's unique potential. I coach individuals and team leads to effectively make positive change happen within their team so that they can easily find ways to work collaboratively to achieve their business and personal goals. I do coaching workshops in both English and French.
My goal is to build a strenghts based culture in every single team and I am dedicated to creating value for the organization though coaching.
