Dr. Daniel Ogunyemi believes identity is the foundation of everything: people, teams, and organizations perform best when they know who they are and lead from that place. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Consulting Psychologist, he is the founder of 2KD Consulting, where he coaches individuals, facilitates teams, and helps organizations build cultures that reflect their values.
Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, where his research focused on identity and inclusive leadership in higher education. His graduate training in clinical mental health counseling shapes how he listens and connects. He also leads inclusive excellence and belonging work as a higher education administrator.
Whether one-on-one, with a team, or in front of a large audience, Daniel's approach is relational and strengths-based, designed to produce clarity, culture, and momentum. He serves on several boards, was an inaugural Social Justice Fellow with The Memorial Foundation, and is a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
