With a strong belief that the potentiality of a person will explode when his or her interests are identified, I am delighted to have been being a miner in the raw talents of people since 2003. I can feel the shining on my face when I see people break through on his or her journey to be an authentic self. This is my mission.
I have been occupied in HR field in manufacturing industry for 15 years, starting from training and development. With 10 years as the head of HR in my current company, and as a board director, I have a lot of experience in organizational culture and leadership shaping and transforming, let alone personal development, relations management, career confusion, etc.
I am happy to offer support to organizations and individual as a part time job for my personal hobbies.
