Adrienne has spent her professional career mentoring young people, developing organizational systems, and connecting people. She has built a wide range of transferable skills from contexts such as a youth ministry, nonprofits, public charter high school administration, and undergraduate leadership instruction. She holds a BA in Youth & Family Ministry and an MA in Organizational Leadership. Earning her Gallup Certified-Strengths Coaching certification was a long held dream to support individuals and groups (particularly young adults) to discover what they do best! Adrienne lives in St. Paul, MN.
