I am a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and I use strengths-based development as one tool inside a broader leadership practice. For me, coaching is not separate from management. It is how leaders build trust, increase ownership, reduce preventable friction, and help people understand how they contribute.
Across my career, I have led and supported workforce development programs, trained large staff groups, coached managers and frontline teams, developed planning tools, improved program operations, supported compliance, built stakeholder relationships, and helped teams move from reactive problem-solving to more intentional systems.
