I am a clinical health psychologist passionate about wellness, teaching, and bringing strengths to life for 1:1 and group training. As the Medical Director of Behavioral Health in my organization and with current clinical practice, I bring unique perspective as an actively treating psychologist who has insight into human behavior, and as a leader in my organization, I look to apply that information in meaningful, realistic ways. I am experienced in keeping instruction alive, on-topic, and with relevant takeaways that bridge empirically-supported information with the goals of an individual or group.
