Bob Just (he/him) is the Program Director for the Change Institute at the University of San Francisco. His primary work focuses on socially responsible leadership development through cohort-style programs for graduate and undergraduate students.
Prior to joining the University of San Francisco, Bob earned his Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and his Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies, as well as a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Vermont.
Since 2013, Bob has focused on the ongoing development of individuals and teams through a variety of environments. Whether performing team development exercises for students, yoga instructors, or dental office staff, Bob is able to help teams clarify their purpose, address conflict, identify their collective talents, and cultivate a culture of appreciation for diversity. Since 2018, Bob has coached thousands of people through introductory and advanced workshops in CliftonStrengths.
