Dr. Carol Wheeler is a keynote speaker and CliftonStrengths facilitator based in New Braunfels, Texas. She helps organizations stop losing good people to bad management — from the stage and in the room.
Carol’s Team Alignment Journey is a facilitation-based experience that uses CliftonStrengths as the foundation for building genuine team collaboration. Participants leave with shared vocabulary, communication agreements, and action plans they built together — not ones someone handed them.
