Amos Tay is the Regional Managing Partner of Hatch Asia. He is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrength Coach and lead the executive search, coaching business across the region.
Amos is an award winning Recruitment Strategist, having won Recruiter of the Year, awarded by Human Resources Online and assessed by Human Resource Professional in 2016, 2017 and 2020. He has over twenty years of experience as an in-house HR professional and an external recruiter.
Over the past year, he has helped client integrating talent into their organization and appreciating talent strengths by apply CliftonStrengths coaching program which Hatch Asia designed.
He believes that “people matters”. Therefore, he wants to change the way many perceive recruiters as operational. Recruiters can play their role as an advocate, advisor, coach and partner the organization in understanding their talent. This can translate each quality hire into valuable asset by building strong partnerships among stakeholders focusing on individual strengths, helping talent develop their hidden potential over the course of their career journey.
