If you’d asked me years ago if I saw myself becoming a coach or entrepreneur, I would’ve laughed and said, “Absolutely not.” I was well-established in my insurance career—working long hours, leading teams, making an impact. Coaching wasn’t even on my radar… until a volunteer leadership role at my church unexpectedly opened a door.
That week of coaching training changed everything. I came home energized and clear: this is what I was meant to do. Since then, one opportunity after another has confirmed that calling and led me to launch Forte Consulting Atlanta, a coaching and consulting practice rooted in helping people grow from the inside out.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I specialize in helping individuals and teams discover their God-given talents, transform them into strengths, and apply them in service of meaningful goals. Whether working with business leaders, associations, couples, or faith-based communities, my approach is grounded in strengths-based development, practical strategy, and deep empathy.
With over 40 years in the health insurance industry—leading teams across sales, compliance, operations, and advocacy—I bring real-world insight to every coaching engagement. I’ve coached hundreds of leaders from all walks of life, helping them clarify what success looks like for them and equipping them with the tools and mindset to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
