Doug Renfro has been serving teachers and students in education for 20 years. My organizational journey has included classroom instruction, professional development and adult instruction. I currently serve as the Executive Director of Learning Technology and Library Services in Metro Nashville Public Schools. In this capacity I work to support and grow individuals in their educational journey. The nature of learning is shifting in front of our very eyes and by utilizing my talent themes, I have been able to coach and advance individuals through the naturally occurring world of change. Growth comes from understanding who you are and being the best possible version of you.
