Dr. Washington has provided consulting, training, coaching, and organizational development in healthcare organizations, small businesses, and non-profit organizations since 2013 and founded Success and Beyond in 2021 to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
Dr. Washington’s experience in organizational development and change management began in 2011 as a Healthcare Administrative Fellow in a large faith-based non-profit hospital in California. He is currently a Healthcare Director, located in San Antonio, Texas. On his journey to transforming individuals and organizations, he obtained training and certifications in change management, Lean Six Sigma, Gallup Strength-Based Coaching, and received a doctorate in business administration. Dr. Washington has facilitated and conducted in-person and virtual training seminars for organizations through a blended approach utilizing change management, lean six sigma, and various leadership development models and theories. The courses he facilitates focus on the improvement of processes and growth of new leaders, as well as the evaluation and development of leadership and staff.
Dr. Washington is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Societies in Business. He enjoys exploring places that inspire development sustainable leadership models and strategies.
