Tanya is passionate and maniacally focused on helping companies, and individuals leverage their Strengths and authenticity to achieve their leadership potential, develop professional capabilities, maximize effectiveness, and navigate complex business environments. She is results-oriented and pragmatic, leveraging over 25 years of experience from front-line to executive positions.
Focusing on Strengths, Tanya helps her clients understand their talents and how to use them to respond to challenging situations effectively; work with others; get work done; produce desired results and appreciate their bias and vulnerabilities. Tanya incorporates the results of CliftonStrengths®, or Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) reports to the coaching engagement to facilitate the coaching conversation. Tanya guides her clients through the Strengths profile report, to crystallize their unique Strengths, empower them to use their power and edge to transform their relationships, provide them with techniques for using Strengths-Based Development to address specific team-related or interpersonal challenges. She also works with teams to discover, develop and use their unique talents for greater team engagement and productivity.
Tanya holds a Master’s in Leadership and a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University. She is the founder of a Coaching and Consulting practice, Coach U Pros, and TISOMO Consulting Group, a human capital consulting firm. Tanya holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. A certified facilitator of the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator® (MBTI) assessment; as well as a certified Strengths Coach for Gallup CliftonStrengths®.
