My name is Dave Zovak and I am a Christian Strengths Coach with a passion for helping leaders and teams bring their best selves to their work and calling. I have over 25 years of experience growing people and teams. I have served in various roles (e.g. campus minister, local pastor, organizational coach and consultant, university staff) and bring a wealth of experience and perspective to my coaching.
In my current role as a Career Coach and Center Technologist at Georgetown University, I have the daily privilege of working with graduate students and alumni helping them to discover, develop, and deploy their unique talents in service to God and the world.
While I currently live bi-coastally between Los Angeles and Washington, DC, my family and I have lived overseas for over 14 years (Australia and China) and I have the utmost respect for leaders serving cross culturally or in multi-cultural contexts. The joys and challenges are multiplied in such settings!
In addition to my Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification, I hold an ACC coaching certification from ICF.
I am married to Kim, my wife and best friend of over 33 years and have two amazing, young-adult children, Zane and Kyra.
