My best days are those where I help someone have that "aha" moment and I get to be there to see the lightbulb go off.
Why are those the best? Because I'm passionate about developing leaders, helping others discover and live their strengths, and making a positive impact in our world - one "aha" moment at a time. Each of those lightbulb moments - big or small - mean that I've helped someone have an insight that is going to propel them forward, and that's where the magic can truly happen. When someone is able to get unstuck... When they have a clearer sense of their purpose... When a team finally figures out how to work better together.
None of this happens because I'm some sort of brilliant mastermind. It happens because I leverage my unique talents to ask questions that help people advance their thinking.
I leverage my Communication and Relator talents to help them create vivid word pictures that bring to life the results and relationships for which they strive. Through my Strategic and Input talents, I provide a distinct perspective to help them sort through the clutter to the best route for achieving their goals. And then I leverage my Achiever talents to help them turn all those thoughts into powerful action.
