Cynthia started her first consulting business, Image In Marketing, in 2004, with an emphasis on relationship building and employee/client trust. She founded RISE Strengths in 2014 after being introduced to CliftonStrengths, recognizing a personal and professional need within herself to have complementary-minded thinkers to act as a personal advisory board in her business efforts.
RISE Strengths applies cutting‑edge principles of the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment. Mapping the skills and strengths of individuals allows teams of complementary strengths to form within an organization. RISE teaches leadership focused on helping organizations and teams capitalize on their strengths, which increases individual and organizational growth.
As a certified coach, Cynthia holds both an ICF Executive Coaching Certification and an ICF Organizational Development Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
These credentials ground her work in evidence-based coaching practices while integrating strengths-based development to help individuals and teams identify and more effectively execute with their talents—taking their personal lives and professional careers to a whole new level.
Cynthia is a training and development consultant for Maricopa Community Colleges, where she helps individuals and teams leverage their strengths for desired outcomes.
When she’s not working, Cynthia enjoys hanging out at the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, racing with NASCAR at Phoenix International Raceway, skydiving at SkyVenture Arizona, flying glider planes, or hitting up the shooting range—anything that gets her adrenaline going!
