About Jeremie
Jeremie Brecheisen leads Gallup’s EMEA and APAC divisions as managing partner. As a member of the Gallup executive team, Jeremie reports directly to Gallup’s CEO, Jon Clifton. Jeremie has been with Gallup for 16 years, serving in Gallup’s San Francisco office for his first seven years and in Gallup’s London office for the past nine years.
Jeremie has personally trained or coached over 60,000 leaders and managers around the world. He is certified in Gallup’s manager sciences of strengths economics, managerial behavior change and culture change architecture.
Jeremie has also worked closely with The Gallup CHRO Roundtable, which hosts 1,000+ large company CHROs. He previously served as the global director of the roundtable, where he conducted more than 1,000 one-on-one interviews, hosted over 500 roundtables, held over 200 briefings, and wrote a series of articles and reports, with many published on Gallup.com and in the Harvard Business Review. His research has been quoted in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Financial Times, among others.
Jeremie is a regular contributor and subject matter expert on many topics on Gallup.com, including the Gallup AI benchmark for Europe, the future of leading humans and robots, Gallup’s Real Future of Work series, disruptive forces, agility, the future of HR, and customer values.
Jeremie is an experienced public speaker, having presented at many public conferences, such as HRD summits, MoneyLIVE events, HCI conferences, Argyle conferences, Merit summits and CoreNet conventions, among others. He has served as keynote speaker at international conventions with in-person audiences of over 30,000 and live-streaming audiences of more than 10,000. He regularly conducts Gallup public webinars for international audiences.
Jeremie received a Master of Business Administration degree in the China International Program from the University of Hawaii. He received his bachelor’s degree in modern Asian history from Brigham Young University. Jeremie speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese.
