Prior to becoming Managing Director, Larry was Managing Partner of the Western U.S., Asia and Middle East regions. He also served for more than a decade as Gallup's Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Publisher.
As Chief Marketing Officer, his responsibilities included directing Gallup's marketing strategy and communications and developing the company's broad range of analytics, advisory and learning services. Under his leadership as Executive Publisher, Gallup authored many groundbreaking books, including First, Break All the Rules; StrengthsFinder 2.0; Strengths Based Leadership; and The Coming Jobs War. During his time as publisher, Gallup published five of the 25 bestselling management books of all time.
Larry began his career at Gallup in 1992, when he started Gallup's operations in Tokyo.
