What does underemployment do to women's wellbeing?

Gallup asked women in 154 countries and territories to rate their lives today and their lives in five years on a scale from zero to 10, with zero being the worst possible life and 10 being the best.

In the majority of countries, women who are employed at desired capacity rate their lives better than those who are underemployed.
