Brenda Jochum is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with a Master’s degree in Youth Development from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. With over 30 years of experience working with university students and employers, she brings deep expertise in career development, cross-generational coaching, and industry insight to every conversation.

Her top strengths—Connectedness, Responsibility, Ideation, Belief, and Learner—fuel a purpose-driven approach to helping others grow with clarity and confidence. Some of her most meaningful coaching experiences have come through working with her own children and their peers, guiding young adults to recognize their God-given talents and discover the "ah-ha" moments that shape identity and purpose.
