About Brandon A. Frazho

Strengths: Competition, Strategic, Achiever, Individualization, Learner.

Graduated with my Master's in Public Policy and Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, and I am very passionate about helping others realize their potential to learn and grow, and to empower skills and talents to advance the common good.

Former college baseball club captain and first truly started learning to hone my abilities through the rigorous field of Higher Education/Student Affairs via an RA role at Northern Michigan University.

Customer service aficionado and highly qualified in marketing, sales, and the financial sector through professional experiences with a thesis on collegiate mental health.

My current role is the Assistant Director of Academic Learning Initiatives at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. This is a position that truly allows me to thrive, especially through commitment to competence, collaboration, and creativity. I truly enjoy recruiting and working with successful LLC students and utilizing assessment to build upon our successes every single year.

Proven positive interpersonal and administrative skills, and recognition for exceptional service. I work hard on various professional association presentations to be able to represent and recognize the outstanding work that occurs all around me, and advocate for our student needs. I am passionate about being active and engaging in teaching (experiential learning), and problem solving through research and innovation.

I am always willing to be an adaptable leader that listens to the needs of others, which is what makes me a uniquely talented life/career coach and teammate.

As a #1 Competition, I love to find fun ways to excite my supporting strengths to help others become the very best and reach their goals. Although I love to win, seeing others triumph and succeed is just as important to my life works.

Transformational development is the key to me, and I hope you are excited for such a journey and opportunity too. I am here to help, and my broad life experiences have allowed me to overcome many obstacles, trials, and tribulations that bring maturity and responsibility first.

Also certified with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace (as well as Recognizing and Mitigating Unconscious Bias) and I have remained committed to serving and breaking boundaries.

"Sooner or later, we all go through a crucible. Most believe there are two types of people who go into a crucible. The ones who become stronger from the experience and survive it, and the ones who die. But there's a third type. The ones who learn to love fire and choose to stay in their crucible because it's easier to embrace the pain when it's all you know anymore. But... Don't stay in your crucible. Be brave enough to come out of the fire. Allow yourself to be molded into the beautiful instrument that you're destined to become, so that you will have the strength to resist the darkness, and help others battle it as well." -Arrow-
