I have coached and mentored teams for over 25 years. I'm passionate about helping individuals develop their personal goals and working together to develop strategies for you to achieve those goals. With over 25 years of management experience I strive to help individuals become trusted and empowered leader of others. Being a manager or team leader makes such a dramatic impact on individual contributors. You have the power to make people's jobs enjoyable or miserable. I love to work with new and seasoned managers helping them to develop positive and successful teams. For couples looking to enhance their marriage or just embarking on a lifetime commitment, using your talents I can help you learn more about each other and to help you appreciate each of your individual talents. I want to work with parent's, helping them learn how to raise their children by focusing on strengths. Learning ways to identify young one's natural talents and helping them build upon them.
Each of my coaching programs offer a complementary introduction session. I offer a monthly workshop through Colorado Free University to help individuals learn more about this wonderful program.
