Profile
神戸大学農学部卒業後、P&Gに技術系総合職として入社。グループリーダーとして生産統括本部にてパンパースの開発や新製品の世界展開、内定者メンタリング運営などに携わる。40歳を機に、これまでの経験を新たなカタチで活かすため、2019年にP&Gを退職し、Gallup社認定ストレングスコーチを取得。2020年に、人と組織の強み開発事業「Awesome!」を創業。職場メンバーの自己理解・相互理解やエンゲージメント・生産性アップを目的にこれまで20の事業者、延べ1700名超に提供している（2026年7月現在）。

Thanks for visiting my profile page. I had 19 years experiences in P&G as an Engineering group leader. I also had a lot of experiences to work with diverse nationalites and now, half-day team building package is available.
