Hello! My name is Jess Raffaele (she/her) and my Top Five CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Relator, Analytical, Futuristic, and Command. I have worked in Student Affairs and Higher Education for nearly 20 years. After a career in corporate fashion, I made the move to work with college students, focusing on transition into and out of college, co-curricular experience, leadership development, and event planning and programming. I have worked at several institutions, including University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island School of Design, Bryant University, and Rhode Island College.
I became a certified Strengths Coach in 2018 while working at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and co-coordinated an initiative that transformed the institution into a strengths-based university. In my role, I have conducted individual, small team, and large scale coaching sessions and facilitations.
Additionally, I design and provide customized trainings for groups, as well as one on one coaching.
I seek to empower people through their strengths, helping them to understand how to use their strengths to achieve success, and be their best selves. It is incredible to see when it all clicks into place, and how to move forward as your authentic self, as an individual and on teams.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, as well as my family and friends, reading, and going to the beach. I reside in Rhode Island.
