I work with leaders and changemakers who know something needs to shift and are ready to do something about it.
That "something" takes many forms. A team that can't seem to move. A culture that looks fine on paper and feels different in practice. Lack of energy, running on empty. A moment of genuine transition, role, direction, identity.
I've navigated many of these, not only as a coach and consultant, but also as an executive, a founder, and someone who has led teams through real complexity, across sectors, cultures, and continents. I understand what resistance feels like from inside a system. What it costs to carry change before others are ready for it. What gets in the way even when the strategy is right.
My approach is grounded in Positive Psychology and strengths-based development. Using Gallup's CliftonStrengths, and Inner Development Guide we identify what you naturally do best, and build from there.
I work at three levels: individual leaders, teams, and organizations. With 20+ years across countries, cultures, and sectors, I bring the intercultural intelligence and contextual depth that makes the work actually land.
