I've navigated all of it, as a coach and facilitator, as an executive who has led teams through real complexity across sectors, cultures, and continents. I know what it costs to carry change before others are ready for it. And I know what becomes possible when we finally stop working against our own grain.
My approach is grounded in Positive Psychology and strengths-based development. Using CliftonStrengths, Inner Development Goals framework, together we identify what you naturally do best and we create from there.
