The research underscores the impact of collaboration among teachers on their professional growth and workplace satisfaction. Regular collaborative planning, especially when led by teachers or conducted informally, is viewed as one of the most valuable forms of professional development. Teachers also report that observing peers contributes significantly to their growth and engagement.

However, many teachers continue to report insufficient access to basic materials, paraprofessionals, mental health resources and high-quality instructional materials.
