To create your team grid, follow these instructions:

  • Ensure all team members have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment.
  • Create an account on Gallup Access or sign in with an existing account.
  • Click the CliftonStrengths section from the main menu.
  • Click Connections > Create Team Grids > Create New Team.
  • Name your team. Select your team members and click Continue.
  • Click Create Grid.
