I am an entrepreneur, coach, organizational developer, lecturer and partner at cocreation. I bring in 20+ years experience in Corporate HR of a large international company and degrees in organizational psychology and coaching. My heart beats for accompanying people on their journey to #futureofwork. In cocreation I am conduction our unique cocreation Strength Dynamics, love facilitating teams and I am driving the business development.

Scientific principles are important to me. My psychological background makes people's thoughts and actions understandable. I know the challenges of the VUCA world and yours as a manager or employee in such a system. Change is not just a word for me, but a process. My interventions and tools are proven and I know how to use them. I take it seriously and don't let go. We work at eye level. I believe in the systemic and solution-oriented approach. I am pragmatic and goal-oriented. Our successes are measurable. And it is also fun :-)
