My mission is to amplify what is good and works already. As a coach and trainer I initiate change processes in teams so that our working life could be happier and more productive. I focus on a person's strengths and help to bring out persons inner wisdom and potential. As a trainer, I am enthusiastic and dynamic, I can adapt to the needs of the group and use different group engagement techniques as situation requires.
I am executive and team coach (ACC, ICF), Gallup strengths coach and leadership trainer. I am member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I follow the professional ethics of coaches and I have the necessary competencies (ACC level). In addition, I have graduated from Tallinn University with a major in organizational behavior, acquiring important knowledge of group processes, personality psychology, motivation, etc.
