Michele Lecerre について

I started my career in marketing and quickly got to manage a team and work with all departments on project management. With this operational experience, I realized that as a people or project manager, the main goals where developing people at their best and ensuring teams maximum efficiency through collective intelligence. To help teams and managers, I use Creative Problem Solving and creativity facilitation technics, and Strengths Finder coaching, at individual or collective level.
