As a student affairs professional, I actively support undergraduate students in identifying their major area of study, learning styles, and career paths. All of these conversations benefit from the key learnings that CliftonStrengths provides. That is, the awareness to know what innate talents each individual beholds and how to further develop them into in-depth skills that can be applied to life, learning and career. It is exciting to see the power a strengths-oriented approach can have on each learner through times of both challenge and success.
Now, as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach I aim to continue my Strengths-Based practice with those who would like to leverage their talents, within and beyond the realm of education. I strive to learn alongside my clients to empower them towards their personal and professional goals in both 1:1 and group settings.
